Eko's Birthday Party

I know this is REALLY late but we have been really busy lately. 

A few weeks ago we had eko's birthday party. we had it a few weeks before his birthday because we were moving. It was so much fun. We had a Diego theme. We dressed up Eko the diego on his cake, I even made his a backpack just like diego. 

We changed the names of some of the foods to make it more jungle like. mark made balloon animals, hats, swords, flowers and other cool stuff for the kids and adults.
We decorated the room like a jungle with vines and leaves, we even wrote eko's name with it.We had a decorate your own cookie table. EVERYONE LOVED THAT. those cookies were gone in about 5 minutes (all 3 dozen of them) and then everyone wanted more.

We made masks for the kids to wear around and make the animal sounds.

We had a small ball pit for the little kids to play in.Instead of having pin the tail on the donkey, we had "put the spot on baby jaquar" from the Diego show, the kids really liked it, it was so cute.

It was an awesome party, Thanks to everyone that helped and for the great presents. Eko has been having fun with all his new toys.

Our camping trip.

The weekend before we left utah we went to south utah for a family camping trip. It was mark's parents, his sister's, his cousin and his fiancee and our little family. It was so much fun. The first day we drove down to calf creek which is about 5 hours south from where we live.

THE ARCHES: 

these things were pretty cool. 
these things are huge but we had to see them from far cause we didn't have time to do the big hike. they were still amazing.

After we took the pictures the girls hiked a little more and we found this AMAZING canyon, we were about a foot from the edge and it was sooooooo scary but incredible and breath takin. 

these things are HUGE but they look so small from far, look i can hold it on my hand, hehe

That weekend was amazing and it was great to be able to spend one last weekend with the family before we left to virginia beach.
